Molten Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe

Nutella

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF . Mist 6 6 0z remaking with cooking spray.
  2. Place a roasting pan in oven, pour in 1/2 inch of hot water.In a bowl whisk flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  3. Next combine chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl, cook on high temp. and stirring twice or once untill almost melted ,keep whisk 1 or 2 mints .
  4. In a bowl in with an electric mixer on high speed beat the eggs,vanilla ,sugar and salt untill colour turns pale yellow about 5 mints.
  5. Beat the melted chocolate in the mixer.
  6. Stir in flour mixer.
  7. Spoon half of batter into remaking.drop 1 tbsp of Nutella into each of center .cover with remaining batter.
  8. Transfer remaking to roasting pan.cook until cake have risen or gets cracked on the top for 30 mints. let it be cool for 5 mints and serve.
