Mixed Veg Fried Rice Recipe

MIXED VEG FRIED RICE
Today I am going to share my own mixed veg fried rice recipe which is absolutely yummy!!!!well it is kind of recipe ,u can have with chili chicken or best combo with Gobi Manchurian.

Rice
1 cup
Carrot
1 finely chopped
Beans
4 finely chopped
Onion
1 finely chopped
Spring onion
Nicely chopped
Garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped
Capsicum
1 finely chopped
Soya sauce
1 tbsp
Green chili sauce
½ tbsp
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Salt
To taste
Pepper powder
½ tbsp

Preparation :

1. Rinse rice and pressure cook it with required water till rice gain is separated and it off with a fork ,add olive oil, keep aside.

2. chop and keep all the veggies ready .
   

   
3. Heat oil in a fry pan, add garlic and onion spring white part ,fry till it starts browning.


    4. Then add onions ,fry till golden brown , then add carrots, beans and saute till row smell leaves.
5. add capsicum saute with veggies for 2 mints then add soya sauce and saute in high flame with stir continuously.
  6. keep in sim and add green chili sauce and pepper powder , required salt. keep stir some more time till veggies are well blended with all sauce.

7. Add cooked rice and mix well. finally garnish wish spring onion and give a quick stirring
